Virtually join us via MS Teams on 1 June from 2-4pm for a session on understanding anxiety. The session will look at why we experience these feelings, physical sensations and behaviours. We will explore your own anxiety cycle and help you build a toolkit of simple strategies that will support you to feel more in control and able to cope in times of stress.
