New Students: Once enrolment is complete (i.e. Sign-Up and Identity Check carried out and any required payment made) your details will be transferred to the Student Loan Company (SLC) the next working day. Providing your loan has been set up by the SLC and they have your full bank account details, payment should be received into your bank account within 48-72 working hours from receipt of our notification.
Returning Students: If we have been notified by the SLC, you have signed up and made the appropriate payment in respect of any tuition fee contribution, your details will be transferred to the SLC in advance of the start of term. This should enable you to receive your loan during the first week of term.
Subsequent 'Attendance Confirmation' files will be transferred daily from the first day of term onwards and students will be included as and when they meet the criteria for having completed enrolment. Payment should be received into student bank accounts 3-4 working days later.
Students wishing to see if their attendance has been confirmed can view this information via the Enrolment Channel within the Campus Connect student portal, once their enroment has been completed.
