Workshop Content:

Part 1

  • defining the ingredients to a good presentation and the blocks which prevent us delivering one
  • understanding anxiety and how it affects our performance
  • ways to manage the physical aspects of anxiety
  • strategies for reframing the negative thoughts which undermine our confidence
  • presentation skills - tips and tools e.g. how to use visual aids, dealing with the audience, speed and pacing

Part 2

  • practice sessions in small groups with feedback

We recommend that you come to both workshops to get full benefit from the training.
