Usage Statistics - What do they show me?

Usage Statistics - What do they show me?

All content that you create in Contensis is recorded and indexed.


If you want to delete a page Contensis will tell you exactly what effect this will have on related content.

With this information you can make informed decisions when deleting a page or a piece of content such as a Word document or PDF. 

To display Usage Statistics:

  • Click on the item in the Navigator
  • Select Usage from the menu


The Content Usage Statistics screen opens detailing where the item is also being used.




Various options for what is included can be selected

  • Click on the Show drop down arrow
