Virus on my computer! - What should I do?

Royal Holloway computers should all be running a suitable anti-virus product. If you suspect your college computer is infected you should report it to the IT Service Desk.

If the problem is on your personal computer check that you have anti-virus software installed and that it is fully updated and then run a full scan.  Help is available with virus removal from the Laptop and Mobile Device Support team in the Bedford Library - see the IT Services homepage for availability
