This is very unlikely to occur as you now have a size limit of 50Gb on your Staff mailbox. However, once reached your mail account will stop working properly. You will be sent warning messages as you approach this limit.
You may wish to maintain your mailbox by deleteing unwanted items. Your deleted items folder with automatically delete items stored in it older than 30 days. Note: Don't use this folder as a storage location.
