To add you new email account
Tap Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account.
Tap Microsoft Exchange.
Enter the information requested in the Email, Username and Password boxes. You need to enter your full email address in the Email and Username boxes in the format Firstname.Lastname@rhul.ac.uk.
The settings should be similar to the ones below:
- Name: Your Name
- Username: email@example.com (where 'abcd123' is your username)
nb. staff accounts use the email format firstname.lastname@example.org for accessing Office365
- Password: Your Royal Holloway password
- Server name (if required): outlook.office365.com
- Description: Optional description (e.g. RHUL email)
