Course Descriptions

French Beginners I (A1,1)

This course does not require any previous knowledge of French.  You will learn to interact and communicate in basic everyday situations and contexts, such as the following: getting to know each other, home and family, university and work, shopping and going out.

French Beginners II (A1, 2)

This course requires previous knowledge of French equivalent to A1,1 (or approx. 40 hours of instruction). You will learn to interact and communicate in basic everyday situations and contexts, such as the following:, life in France, holiday, weather, health.

Intermediate French I (A2, 1)

This course requires previous knowledge of French equivalent to A1,2 (or approx. 80 hours of instruction). You will expand and deepen your ability to interact and communicate in French in situations and contexts, such as the following: Languages, Learning, Family, Leisure, Travel, Media, Work.

 

Intermediate French II (A2,2)

This course requires previous knowledge of French equivalent to A2,1 (or approx. 120 hours of instruction). You will expand and deepen your ability to interact and communicate in the following situations and contexts: living in the city / in the countryside, French culture, education, looking for a job.
