Registering visitors - What is the process for registering visitors?


All visitors must be registered by their host to enable them to park in the College car parks. It is the responsibility of all hosts to register their visitor’s vehicle for the duration of their visit. All requests must be logged via the online registration link and at least 48 hours in advance. After your registration has been approved the host will receive a confirmation email from the College Parking Administration team. Your visitor upon their arrival may park in any of our College Car Parks – or car parks indicated on arrival and /or as instructed by the Parking Admin Team.
