Royal Holloway’s IT Services team is here to support you throughout your career and make sure you get the most out of your time here. We’re responsible for your work PC, online access, user account and much more.

If you need support with IT issues, we’re here to help. We can answer your technical queries online, in person, by email, or on the phone.

We are making changes to enable seamless Teams collaboration between staff and students to facilitate the flexible teaching and learning curriculum from September. 

In order to achieve this the Student Email service will be unavailable on the 6th and 7th of July 2020.

During this time, if you send an email to a student it will not be delivered, and you will receive a non-delivery report. 

Please re-send your email from 8th July as the student will not have received it.

Thank you for your patience while we make these improvements to our flexible teaching and learning curriculum.
