Colouring is not just for kids anymore!

Colouring has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety. It also promotes mindfulness and allows creativity. Take a break and join this informal social group for coffee/ lunch, chat and coloring!

You do not need to be experienced. Bring your own book, templates, colored pencils or markers and be ready to color away and lift your mood!

We normally met in the Herringham Room every Thursday lunchtime and are continuing to meet through Microsoft Teams.
