An informal colouring session from 12.30 - 1.30 pm every Thursday.

Colouring is not just for children. There are numerous benefits for all ages. Along with providing a much-needed break and the chance to relax and refocus, colouring can help lift your mood, decrease your anxiety and stress.

We usually meet in the Herringham Room every Thursday and are now meeting through Virtual Teams.
