What is it?

Understanding the context and behaviours to provide an exemplary, consistent, seamless experience for our students.

Target audience

All employees in a customer-facing role.

Programme objectives

  • Explore the relevance of Student First and how this fits with my role
  • Be clear about the Student First Framework
  • Identify our customers and our responsibilities to them
  • Understand my role in the customer service experience at Royal Holloway
  • Agree best practice in written communication to deliver excellent service
