  • Identify all of our customers and understand their profile (student, parents, guardians and friends, our colleagues and other stakeholders?
  • Explore how to assist and support students fully according to their personal requirements (e.g. language, culture, religion, disability, level of study, modes of attendance etc.).
  • Be clear how to deliver Student First in your role
