What is it?

The reality of our open-office, push notification world, makes focusing one single task easier said than done. When we tackle multiple tasks, our brain might  give us the illusion of multi-tasking, but more often than not we are merely task switching.  This is where we  switch between tasks performed in same time frame, rather than doing tasks at exactly the same time. Unless managed effectively, task switching can be detrimental to productivity. In this course, attendees will learn how to manage task switching effectively and will also be introduce to other methods and approaches to improve personal productivity.

Target audience

This highly practical half day course is suitable for anyone working in busy, fast-paced working environments, seeking to achieve or maintain peak performance. The course assumes that you have already attended the time management course as a prerequisite. It is particularly useful if teams can attend together to benefit from discussing how to optimise performance in their office.
