Our weekly Monday Mindfulness sessions have restarted and will be available to you via MS teams. The sessions will run for one hour starting at 12.30pm. There will also be additional sessions being run on a Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes (12.30- 1.30pm). The sessions are open to all and no experience is necessary.
