Massage can have many health and wellbeing benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, and can also help relieve muscular tension and headaches.
To support colleague wellbeing, the College has invited complementary massage therapist M A R A Wellbeing to provide an on-site service every Tuesday in Founder’s FW029 (the last day before the Christmas break will be Tuesday 13 December).
Indian head massage
Incorporates massage of the back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face using long established techniques handed down through many generations. Helping to melt away tension leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.
Back, neck and shoulder massage
Focusing on the three main areas of tension. Reliving aching and tired muscles associated with poor posture, leaving you feeling supple and refreshed.
Arm and hand massage
Releases tight arm and hand muscles, helps with conditions such as RSI and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Leg and foot massage
Soothes fatigued leg and foot muscles, aids blood circulation and improves skin tone.
