A good walk can do wonders for your mental and physical wellbeing. It can help improve your fitness, lose weight, mood and sleep quality.

Our Wednesday Wellness Walk will set off from the Gold Postbox in Founders Square at 12.30 pm. The walk will last approx. 30 minutes and will follow one of the walks around our beautiful Campus.

There is no need to book, just turn up.
