A good walk can do wonders for your mental and physical wellbeing. It can help improve your fitness, lose weight, mood and sleep quality.

Our Wednesday Wellness Walk will set off from the Gold Postbox at Founders Square at 12.30 pm. The walk will last approximately 30 minutes and will follow one of our beautiful Campus walks.

There is no need to book, just turn up.
