Subject to the weather our Wednesday Wellness Walk sets off from the Gold Postbox in Founders Sqaure at 12.30 pm.
The walk lasts approximately 30 minutes and will follow one of our walks around our beautiful campus.
A good walk can do wonders for your mental and physical wellbeing, It can improve your fitness, aid weight loss, improve your mood and sleep quality.
There is no need to book. Just turn up at 12.30 pm.
