Weather dependent our Wednesday Wellness Walk sets off from the Gold Postbox in Founders Square at 12.30 pm. The walk will last for approximately 30 minutes and will follow one of the walks around our beautiful campus.

A good walk can do wonders for your mental and physical wellbeing. It can improve your fitness, aid weight loss, improve your mood and sleep quality.

There is no need to book. Just turn up at 12.30 pm.
