The Wednesday Wellness walk sets off every week from the Gold Postbox in Founders Square at 12.30 pm. The walk lasts approximately 30 minutes and will follow one of the walks around our beautiful Campus.
A good walk can do wonders for your mental and physical wellbeing. It can improve fitness, mood, sleep quality and lose weight.
There is no need to book just turn up.
