Yoga Nidra is a traditional guided meditation and relaxation practice which has been found to reduce tension & anxiety and improve sleep.
This is a free of charge 45 minute session open to all ages and physical abilities and no experience is necessary.
Please have: a yoga/exercise mat, blanket and pillow etc.
Please wear: any loose, comfortable clothing and warm socks.
