Yoga Nidra is a traditional guided meditation and relaxation practice which has been found to reduce tension, anxiety and improve sleep.
This is a free of charge 45 minute session open to all ages and physical abilities and no experience is necessary.
There is no postural work during the session.
Please wear any loose, comfortable clothing and warm socks.
Please make yourself comfortable with a yoga/exercise mat, blanket, pillow or sleeping bag. We would not recommend laying on a bed though as you are likely to sleep and miss the session.
Remember not to be late to preserve the experience for the group as a whole.
