As a College, we are currently reviewing our existing HR processes to enhance the functionality of our HR systems, which in turn will lead to the improved accuracy and accessibility of HR information across the College. To gain feedback on the first phase of the project, colleagues are invited to take part in user-acceptance testing (UAT) on the upgraded MyView. 

The upgrade to MyView offers increased functionality, a user friendly interface, enables employees to update personal information and provides managers with the information for team management.  Over the course of the project we will be adding more functionality and improving the quality of HR information provided, so this is an important initial release.

If you are able to assist and be part of the UAT group, please indicate which of the sessions you would like to attend and send your details to hrsystemsroyalholloway.ac.uk We would particularly like to hear from you if you currently authorise timesheets or have line management responsibility.

*Two and a half hours have been allocated for each of the sessions but it is anticipated that you will be able to complete the tests in approx. two hours.
