In early 2018 we made a number of changes to the Performance Appraisal process, which was launched in June.

We would like to hear from you about your views on using the revised Performance Development Review process.

Obtaining your view is important to us in order to determine whether it is working well. We would appreciate it if you would take a few minutes to complete the following survey. This should not take more than 10 minutes of your time to complete.

It is important that we get views from as many colleagues as possible, both reviewers and reviewees from all parts of the College including; academic, researchers, administrative and technical colleagues. Your input will help us to identify any changes that need to be made.

Your responses will remain confidential and anonymous.  All responses will be compiled together and analysed as a group.
