Many congratulations to our Commercial Services team who have maintained their Premier Level accreditation against the Hospitality Assured standard, an achievement that is only awarded to organisations that achieve excellent and consistent scores in all nine of the qualifying categories.
The Hospitality Assured standard is the standard for service and organisation excellence, created by the Institute of Hospitality, specifically for customer facing organisations. It encourages them to develop best practice by viewing their own operation from a customer perspective to see where improvements can be made to benefit the organisation.
The department underwent an interim review in December, the purpose of which was to ensure that a focus of continuous improvement remains in place and to illustrate day to day activity that their commitment to the Hospitality Assured standard is being maintained. Following the review, which included several individual interviews with members of the team, the assessor stated that he was "incredibly impressed by everything he saw and the progress each team had made since the last assessment in 2018".
