On Monday 17 February, our Employee Wellbeing Programme provider will be changing from Workplace Options to Confidential Care (CiC).
CiC will provide independent, free and confidential information, support and advice to all colleagues and their immediate family (living in the same household), 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for both work and personal concerns. The programme will offer both useful advice on matters consisting of debt and financial management, legal and tax guidance, family care (dependents, childcare, elder care support) as well as day-to-day matters. CiC will also additionally provide counselling and emotional support to colleagues.
Colleagues who are currently getting assistance and counselling with the existing provider will continue to get assistance until the conclusion of their case even if this after 16 February 2020.

Leaflets for colleagues and department posters for our new Employee Wellbeing programme will be issued to departments in the next few weeks. There will also be several drop-in sessions for colleagues throughout February to find out further details about CiC, the Employee Wellbeing Programme and the services provided. The sessions will be advertised on our staff intranet events calendar and will be held in the Herringham Room.
