As a College we have a responsibility to ensure the data that is held about you is accurate and we require all members of staff and casual workers to validate their personal details annually. Please could you ensure that your personal data is up-to-date on MyView by Friday 30 October 2020.
- Log into MyView and select My details - check the data that is held is correct and make any changes that are needed:
- Address and telephone numbers
- Emergency contact details
- Equalities data
- Next of kin details
- Confirm that all the details are correct by completing the Personal details confirmation form online in MyView.
N.B. It is important that you complete this short form and confirm its accuracy even if no changes have been made.
