All students and staff who are on campus are encouraged to take part in twice-weekly lateral flow testing. On Monday (26 April), we are launching our 'thanks for testing' rewards programme. Find out more below.

1. What is the ‘thanks for testing’ campaign?

Our thanks for testing campaign allows students and staff who are on campus to receive a treat and support a good cause when they take part in twice-weekly lateral flow testing. If you are on campus and using campus facilities, the Government and the College encourage you to take part in twice-weekly lateral flow testing to enable us to play our part in helping to control the spread of Covid-19.

2. How does the testing incentive programme work?

All students and staff who are on campus and take part in twice-weekly lateral flow testing can earn rewards such as discounts on food and drink and support good causes. Students are also able to donate to their favourite club, society or student volunteering programme. When you arrive at the Picture Gallery for your lateral flow test, you will be given a strip of four barcodes, but only a maximum of two of them will be used in the testing process. Once you have completed your test, you will then be able to use the remaining barcodes to donate towards a good cause and receive £1 off food and drink in any of our food outlets across campus. You can find out more about our testing rewards here.

3.Where can I book my lateral flow test?

You can book your lateral flow tests for our Egham and Central London campus via the staff intranet.

4.  When are the thanks for testing rewards available from?

Our thanks for testing rewards will be available from the start of term three (Monday 26 April).
