We have partnered with Remploy to introduce the Access to Work Mental Health support scheme for colleagues. The Access to Work Scheme is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions, the service supports people who are struggling at work or off sick due to mental health conditions. It is a confidential service which provides nine months free work-focused support tailored to the member of staff’s individual needs.
Two 45 minute briefing sessions have been arranged by Remploy and will provide an overview of the service available. The session will cover the aims of the service, details of the eligibility criteria and the referral process with information on the support and interventions available to members of staff.
We are conscious there will be alot of information provided at the briefing. A copy of the slides will be uploaded on to the Working Well Hub after the briefing sessions for future reference.
Two Briefing Sessions have been arranged - Tuesday 26 January at 11am for Managers and Thursday 28 January at 3pm for other members of staff. Please contact healthandwellbeingroyalholloway.ac.uk for the MS Teams link.
We will also be launching Virtual Individual Mental Health Support Sessions with a Rehabilitation Consultant from Remploy in February. Further details on these sessions and how to book will be announced shortly.
