student intranet.
LiveChat is an Instant Messaging service with members of the IT team aimed at students. It’s designed for rapid responses and quick resolution of simple problems. Any students struggling to join your classes can be assisted remotely via instant message or, if necessary, we can access their device remotely from LiveChat and fix any problems we find.
