Our HR team have developed three new family friendly policies for colleagues across the College.
- Adoption and Surrogacy: To outline the statutory and occupational entitlements for colleagues who are matched with a child for adoption or who have become the intended parents of a child born through a surrogacy agreement.
- Parental Bereavement: The College recognises the need to offer as much support and understanding to all colleagues as possible during such difficult circumstances.
- Shared Parental Leave: To provide a legal entitlement for eligible parents to share leave and pay, giving them more choice and flexibility in relation to the care of their child.
