Please be aware that on Sunday (21 November) between 0.01am and 23.59pm Campus Connect and the Banner Platform will be unavailable to allow the Banner database and server to be upgraded.

While the server is being upgraded, the following services will either be unavailable, or impacted, due to the Banner database being offline:

  • Banner AppNav (Web interface for Banner)
  • Banner 8 SSB (ARC, Gradebook, Student Contact details)
  • Banner 9 Self-Service (Attendance Tracking - Staff and Student pages, Faculty Grade Entry)
  • Campus Connect
  • Oncilla
  • Dashboards (will be available, but not updated)
  • Business Objects / InfoView Reporting (will be available but reports won’t run successfully)
  • Banner-Middleware interfaces
  • Banner-Moodle interface
  • Banner-REG interface
  • Banner-RH Direct interface
  • Banner-RH Engage interface
