1. What is the Volunteering Hub?

The Volunteering Hub is a new home of Royal Holloway Volunteering! The Hub is a drop-in centre found on campus that you can visit to find out about the range of volunteering opportunities available. It is also a great place to meet with volunteering student leaders and learn about their projects and initiatives.

2. Who can use the Volunteering Hub?

The Volunteering Hub is open for any students or staff that are interested in getting involved in volunteering at Royal Holloway. We have over 150 community partners to choose from as well as 16 student-led social action projects and dozens of great community research opportunities. These opportunities are open to Royal Holloway students in any year of study as well as Royal Holloway staff.

3. When can I access the Volunteering Hub?

From Monday (20 September) the Volunteering Hub will be open weekdays 10am-4pm.

4. Where can I find the Volunteering Hub?

The Volunteering Hub can be found at the side of the Emily Wilding Davison building, just next to the Students’ Union (SU) shop and across from the Suffrage 100 mosaic.

5. How can I find out more about volunteering opportunities?

As well as coming down to the Volunteering Hub yourself you can also find more about volunteering by signing up as a volunteer on our online platform. The online platform is a great place to see new opportunities from all of our partners and projects, and you will receive a weekly update from us detailing new updates and events throughout the year.  You can also learn more about Royal Holloway Volunteering on our website.
