We use multi-factor authentication (MFA) across the College to make our accounts safer, more secure and easier to manage. We are now introducing it across more of our platforms, to help modernise, add a layer of protection to our work, and make the sign in process more consistent across our services. 

Colleagues will already be familiar with using it to login to Moodle, or when accessing emails via a web browser. From the morning of Tuesday 6 Dec, we will be introducing it for the following services' we will be introducing it for the following services: 

  • Campus Connect 

  • Banner 

  • Attendance Monitoring 

  • Faculty Grade Entry 

The links to access these platforms will not change, only the need to use MFA to login to them. Whilst you will already use MFA for other services, please see our dedicated webpages if you need any support or guidance. 

There will be some downtime whilst the changes take place, meaning that for a short period, you will not be able to access the above services. We will update closer to the time with more details around specific downtimes, and apologise for any disruption caused.
