In line with the College’s Three Year Strategic Plan, we will be piloting hybrid working for office-based professional services colleagues from January 2022. The pilot phase will allow us to test, refine and develop our hybrid working model, which will be a key component of our strategic levers of Digitisation and Simplification as we progress through the strategic plan.
We are currently in the ‘transition phase’, the first of many steps until hybrid working becomes business as usual. Line managers are beginning conversations with colleagues to discuss what hybrid working will look like on an individual and team level. The Hybrid Working Hub hosts a wealth of information relating to hybrid working, from policies to new spaces that are planned for on campus.
