Please note it will typically take a minimum of 2 weeks before you are informed of the Senior Vice Principal’s decision; however, all requests are assessed within 48 hours of submission and urgent cases are expedited as deemed appropriate by the Head of the Academic Quality and Policy Office (AQPO) or their representative. It is advisable to provide a detailed rationale and full supporting documentation at the time of the original submission, as omissions of this information will result in follow up queries from AQPO, which will delay the processing of your request.
