Room Bookings 

How to book rooms for one-off meetings

Resource Booker is currently available for colleagues with access to make bookings in their School-owned rooms until 24 April 2022.

From 7 December 2021, Timetabling Team will begin to process Spring Term room booking requests (including meeting rooms) for bookings that are to take place on or before 14 January 2022.

Resource Booker will be fully open to those that have access to make Spring Term room bookings on 10 January 2022. If your room request occurs after 14 January 2022, and you have access to Resource Booker, please process the booking yourself at this time or contact your School to make the booking on your behalf.

Please email Timetabling@rhul.ac.uk for all other room booking enquiries during term-time weekdays (or at any point in the year for PC labs and Central London rooms).

Please email RoomBookingsandCatering@rhul.ac.uk for room bookings at weekends and outside of term-time (except PC labs and Central London rooms).
