How to use the online branded merchandise ordering service for staff

Allwag are now the sole supplier of branded merchandise for the College from July 2021 onwards. We have a sole supplier to:

  • comply with Public Contracts Regulation 2015
  • provide economies of scale and value for money
  • have an efficient design and ordering process

Allwag check all branding with our Design Studio so you can be confident that your items are branded correctly. Allwag supply free visuals and can provide samples upon request. 

How to order online branded merchandise

1. Existing stock

You can check existing stock levels and pricing via our Royal Holloway merchandise portal

If you haven’t already, you must register an account using your Royal Holloway email address.

Allwag will contact you within four hours to verify your account. If this is outside standard office hours, you will receive your response early the working day.

You will then be able to access the Royal Holloway page on their website which lists all stocked items. Follow the simple instructions to place your order. A 'How to' Guide is available upon request.

If there are any problems along the way, you can use the live chat to speak with a member of Allwag's team. Once you reach Checkout stage you can see the full price and delivery cost.

Once you have checked out, you will need to raise a Purchase Order in Agresso. Your order will not be completed until this has been received by Allwag.

Once Allwag have received the Purchase Order, your order will be fulfilled and your items sent to you from the stock held in their warehouse of these approved items. 

2. Items not in stock/bespoke enquiries

If you are looking for an item that is not available on the portal, contact Sarah Smith, our Client Relationship Manager sarah@allwag.co.uk -  020 3904 4468 - 07375 496524 to get a quote.

Please DO NOT use the website pricing on https://www.allwag.co.uk/, please request a quote. This allows Allwag to check stock for you at the same time and prepare visuals if required.

As a contracted client, we often get better prices when we speak to Sarah as part of the contract or she may be able to combine multiple orders to get us the best price if two/three departments were ordering the same item for example.   

If you have seen a product with another merchandiser, please contact Allwag as for most cases, Allwag will be able to supply the same or a similar product. Or if you have purchased something from another supplier before, the same applies. 

Allwag supply free visuals and can provide samples upon request as well as ideas and inspiration. For bigger projects, Sarah (Allwag Account Manager) is able to visit campus to bring samples and discuss in more detail. Sarah can also meet on MSTeams if preferred. 

Delivery times

Stock items: Items in stock on the portal will be despatched within one/two working days of order placement (with a purchase order, where the order has been placed prior to 1pm) unless an alternative date has been agreed.

For bespoke enquiries/non stock items - Allwag can advise lead times. On average most products take approximate ten working days from artwork approval/sign-off to dispatch. This may be longer if sourced from the Far East or fully bespoke made but Allwag can advise at the time of quoting on lead times. For specific deadlines please tell Allwag as early as possible as they can advise the right product to suit your deadline.
