Royal Holloway is working to ensure that people of all genders are treated fairly and equally. We strive to empower and protect all staff and students, including trans and gender non-conforming staff and students from bullying, harassment, victimisation or any form of discrimination. We want to successfully recruit, develop and retain staff and students of all gender identities in order to have the most diverse and vibrant campus we possibly can.

One of the frameworks we use to advance gender equality at the College is the Athena Swan Charter.
