Welcome to Gender Equality at Royal Holloway
Royal Holloway is working to ensure that there is gender equality for all at the College, meaning that people of all genders are treated fairly and equally. This also means we want to empower and protect trans and gender non-conforming members of staff from bullying, harassment, victimisation or any form of discrimination. We want to successfully recruit, develop and retain staff and students of all gender identities in order to have the most diverse and vibrant campus we possibly can.
One of the frameworks we use to advance gender equality at the College is the Athena SWAN Charter
