Royal Holloway has produced a suite of Equality and Diversity Guides, designed to accompany and enhance existing College policies. These will contribute towards making the College a diverse and supportive institution where every individual can thrive. The series introduces staff to appropriate behaviours and practices relating to complex and sensitive themes, encouraging readers to examine these from new and different perspectives.
