Developing diverse leaders

Studies have highlighted the crucial importance of leaders in supporting change and nurturing a culture of inclusion and diversity. Given the increasing diversity of students coming to study at Royal Holloway, and the increasing internationalisation of the workforce, it has never been more important to offer fair and equitable access to opportunities.
