The Organisational Development team works in partnership with departments to champion personal, professional and organisational development. In this way, we enhance the capability, confidence and performance of our people whilst helping to deliver the College's strategy.
We aim to ensure that all our activities and development opportunities are inclusive regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
We meet our aims by providing:
- A range of development activities for staff which run throughout the year, including training programmes, coaching, mentoring and workshadowing.
- A framework of leadership development programmes which aim to develop the knowledge and skills required by leaders and managers at the College.
- Resources and information to support staff who are new to the College.
- Practical support and advice to enable leaders and managers to increase team effectiveness and manage change.
