Leadership Behaviours Framework

Manager self-service portal - MyView

MyView is used to authorise timesheets and absences for your team. You can also access emergency contact details for the employees you manage.

Finance system - Agresso

Find out how to use the College's financial system, Agresso, including getting an account. Agresso is used to approve expenses.


Ensure that purchases made by your staff comply with College procurement policies.


 Find advice on aspects of recruitment including adverts, job descriptions and person specifications. All managers should complete  Recruitment and Selection training as part of Mandatory Management Training.
