Weekly Mindfulness sessions

What is it?

Guided meditation sessions for all regardless of faith. 

A growing body of scientific evidence confirms what has been known across the world for thousands of years; meditation has a strong positive effect on the brain. From reducing stress and lifting mood, to increasing concentration and even boosting the immune system, come along to discover the profound benefits of mindfulness! 

Mindful Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

A guided mediation session from 12.30 to 1.00 pm online. Open to everyone regardless of religion or beliefs.

The sessions are currently being held via MS Teams.
