Mandatory cyber security training
All staff are required to complete cyber security training which can be accessed through Moodle.
Tutorials covering topics such as connecting your own equipment to the Royal Holloway network, saving your work, getting help from the IT Service Desk, printing your Work, chaging your password, and accessing the virtual learning environment. The self-study online module can be accessed at any time.
IT for staff
A range of online resources covering accessibility, audio visual equipment, CampusAnywhere (the College's virtual private network), Campus Connect, CampusNet, the IT Service catalogue, resetting your password, purchasing, email accounts, webmail, student IT support, web safety and antivirus software.

Support for College systems
There are a number of systems which are run on the College's IT infrastructure, with support and gudiance offered for Banner (student records system), moodle (virtual learning environment), Turnitin (plagarism detection), Pure (research portal) and RePlay (lecture recording service).
