Mandatory Management Training


 

It is important that line managers are supported with leadership and management development training to enable them to continue to develop the knowledge, skill base and confidence for effectiveness in their role.

It is also essential that line managers are trained in certain fundamental areas of management practice.    

All line managers are therefore asked to complete the following Mandatory Management Training courses:

Performance Development Review workshops are scheduled from April to September, when reviews are normally conducted, while Perfomance Management workshops run throughout the year. Please click on the relevant course above for details of the next available dates and how to book your place. Recruitment and Selection will shortly be available as a Moodle course.

You should complete these courses every three years to ensure you remain up to date with any changes in policy or legislation.

Managers should also ensure that they and their staff remain up to date with mandatory training requirements for all staff. Find out more.
