This is for any member of staff who would like to build their confidence, learn about being more assertive, and consider the impact they can have on the world around them.
This workshop will explain emotional intelligence in everyday terms and enable delegates to understand their own levels and styles. It is open to anyone wanting to understand more about how this emerging social science is relevant to their interactions, performance and ability to understand themselves and those around them.
To help delegates consider what their own personal reaction to change is and how to introduce coping mechanisms so that they are better able to manage themselves through periods of transition.
