MANDATORY MANAGEMENT TRAINING


 

It is important that line managers are supported with leadership and management development training to enable them to continue to develop the knowledge, skill base and confidence for effectiveness in their role.

It is also essential that line managers are trained in certain fundamental areas of management practice.    

All line managers are therefore asked to complete the following mandatory management training workshops:

Each is delivered as a three hour workshop by the Organisational Development team.  Performance Development Review workshops are scheduled from April to September, when reviews are normally conducted. The other three workshops are scheduled throughout the year.

Mandatory Management Training is a significant programme for the College and it will take some time to ensure all line managers have completed the training. To book, please click the links above to find available dates and email orgdev@rhul.ac.uk

There is no need to attend a workshop in a particular subject if you have completed it since 1 April 2016.
